I first came across ATM as General Manager Europe for South African Airways and I was immediately impressed with the separation that ATM maintains between airlines, ensuring that each airline customer receives a proper bespoke service and retains its individual identity. Subsequently I appointed them as GSA when I was Commercial Director of Virgin Atlantic Airways in 2005. The Nordic region has some special characteristics – Maurice and his team are true experts at negotiating with the various facets of the market, as well as understanding the competitive position of the airline. Of all the GSAs I have dealt with, over more than thirty years in territories too numerous to count, ATM stands out as the most professional and, importantly, possesses business integrity unmatched, in my experience, in the GSA world.
